Book Club! Plus: New Yorker interview

FrameLab book club members: Please scroll to the bottom for an update.

Over the past year, I have written a few posts here about the tech billionaires attempting to dismantle our government. In 2025, a handful of powerful tech plutocrats have united with Trump's Republican Party in an authoritarian takeover of the U.S. government. For FrameLab, I have analyzed why these groups are morally and politically aligned.

But I do most of my writing about tech on my other newsletter, The Nerd Reich, and for The New Republic magazine. That work is now gaining wider notice. Yesterday, I joined Susan B. Glasser, Jane Mayer, and Evan Osnos on The New Yorker's podcast, The Political Scene. We discussed the work I've done to expose the tech-fascist takeover of the U.S. government. I have tried to keep most of my tech writing off of FrameLab. But it has become impossible to separate what's happening to our country from the political machinations of these Silicon Valley elites. I recently launched a new podcast where I discuss these issues with experts. You can watch the explosive first episode on YouTube:

Or you can listen (and subscriber) on these sites (or wherever you get your podcasts):

Apologies to the handful of readers who subscribe to both newsletters and so are receiving this message twice.
